Terms and conditions of the MAMA -40% promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "WE HAVE -40%" PROMOTION

§1. Promotion Organizer
The organizer of the promotion called "MAMY -40%" is the company FHU Marta Iwanina-Kochańska with its registered office at ul. Mozaikowa 67u, 04-952 Warsaw, NIP: 8212514593 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

§2. Promotion duration
The promotion is valid from May 19, 2025 to May 26, 2025 , or while stocks of eligible products last.

§3. Promotion rules

  1. The promotion consists of a 40% discount on the second (cheaper) product when purchasing at least two products at the same time.

  2. The discount is calculated automatically when purchasing two products in one order.

  3. When purchasing more than two products, the 40% discount is applied to the cheapest of every second paired product .

  4. The promotion applies to full-price products only.

  5. The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discount codes or rebates.

  6. The return of products purchased under the promotion is possible in accordance with applicable law, however, in the event of the return of one of the products covered by the promotion, the discount ceases to apply and the customer will be charged the full price of the first product.

§4. Place of validity of the promotion
The promotion is valid in the online or stationary store (if applicable) run by the Organizer.

§5. Final provisions

  1. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations for important reasons, including shortening, extending or ending the promotion.

  3. Any complaints related to the promotion may be submitted in writing to the Organizer's address or by email within 14 days of the end of the promotion.
