Promotion Regulations "Mother's Day Discount"

§1 General Provisions
1. The organizer of the promotion "Mother's Day Discount" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is F.H.U. Marta Iwanina-Kochańska, with headquarters at Mozaikowa 67u, 04-952 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register under the tax identification number (NIP) 8212514593, REGON 142783615.
2. The Promotion is valid from May 13, 2024, to May 26, 2024, inclusive, and applies to purchases made through the online store available at [URL].
3. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these regulations.

§2 Promotion Conditions
1. The Promotion involves granting the customer a 40% discount on the second, cheaper product when purchasing two products simultaneously.
2. To take advantage of the Promotion, the customer must add at least two products to the shopping cart. The discount on the second, cheaper product will be automatically applied.
3. The Promotion applies to all products available in the online store, except for skincare products under the Steamery brand, which are excluded from the Promotion.

§3 Return Conditions
1. In the event of a desire to return products purchased as part of the Promotion, the customer is obliged to return both products. It is not possible to return a single product from the promotional set.
2. Product returns are possible in accordance with the general return policy of the company, available on the store's website.

§4 Final Provisions
1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion regulations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as well as to suspend or cancel the Promotion without giving a reason.
2. Any disputes arising from the Promotion will be resolved by the competent local court, in accordance with the laws of Poland.
